Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse on weekdays, Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
After shipment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information. If the email is not received, please check your spam or junk folder.
Processing Timeframe
The order processing timeframe is 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed and paid before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Transit Time
Once shipped, delivery is expected within 5 to 12 days.
Shipping Coverage
Shipping services are currently limited to addresses within France.
Shipping Charges
Orders below 79 euros incur a shipping charge of 7.99 euros.
Orders of 79 euros or more are eligible for free shipping.

You can track your order by accessing the Order Tracking page on our website and entering your order information.
Shipping Address Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipping stages.
